So the same person who stole my art the first time on Facebook is back on another account. They stole this:
and colored on it. They also stole my brother's edit again. Apparently he has been having problems with him for a while now and he's just starting to steal my art on another account. I have reported their "edit" twice and their profile once. My brother has also reported them but there is no guarantee that they will be deleted. I sent them a message nicely asking for the removal of the picture but have not gotten a response yet.Again, if you are an artist/editor on Facebook, here is the name you need to block ASAP: Glenn Malone
I really hope to just have the picture removed and possibly the account as well.

UPDATE: This person did not respond to me and has now blocked me on facebook. If anyone could help me with this situation that would be great.
